Il 2025 sembra ancora così lontano, in realtà si sta avvicinando a una velocità pazzesca quindi oggi sono qui per darvi un po' di info utili sul FIRE booksigning che si terrà a Bologna nel 2025.

Unisciti a noi per questo evento internazionale. Trascorri la giornata visitando i tavoli di ogni autore per incontrarli, farti autografare i libri e scattare foto con loro. Fai nuove amicizie tra gli appassionati di libri provenienti da tutto il mondo mentre incontri i tuoi autori preferiti o ne scopri di nuovi.

Tutte le vendite sono definitive, NESSUN rimborso.

Chiunque entri nella sala deve essere in possesso di un biglietto e una volta usciti non sarà più possibile rientrare.

Non sono ammessi bambini sotto i 14 anni, né neonati.

I ragazzi dai 14 ai 16 anni devono essere accompagnati da un adulto (sarà controllato il documento d'identità).

Quando apriranno i cancelli?

I cancelli apriranno alle 9:00. Saranno controllati i documenti d'identità e i biglietti e saranno consegnate le Tote Bag. Alle 10:00 si apriranno le porte della sala e l'evento avrà inizio.

Quanto costano i biglietti?

• Biglietti Early Entry: €30 + IVA, include una Tote Bag con gadgets a tema libri.

• Biglietti General Admission: €25 + IVA, include una Tote Bag con gadgets a tema libri.

• Adulti che accompagnano minorenni (14-16 anni): €15, NON include la borsa Tote.

Cosa è incluso in ogni biglietto?

I biglietti EE e GA includono ingresso, Tote Bag, foto e autografi con gli autori. Un biglietto = accesso per tutto il giorno. L'unica differenza è che i biglietti Early Entry concedono un'ora in più per incontrare gli autori, farsi firmare i libri/scattare foto, ecc.

Ci sono restrizioni di età per l'evento?

Non sarà permesso l'ingresso a persone sotto i 14 anni. Tutti i partecipanti tra i 14 e i 16 anni devono essere accompagnati da un adulto con anch'esso biglietto.

Si prega di notare che ci saranno copertine di libri esplicite e banner nella sala dell'evento.

Tutte le foto saranno scattate dagli assistenti degli autori e davanti al tavolo per aiutare a velocizzare le file.

Il mio biglietto è trasferibile?

Se vendi un biglietto, sarà tua responsabilità trasferirlo al nuovo proprietario aggiornando il nome, l'età, il paese e l'indirizzo email di ogni partecipante.

Posso aggiornare le informazioni del mio biglietto?

Sì, accedi al tuo account Eventbrite e aggiorna le informazioni lì.

La lista degli autori cambierà?

Sì, la lista degli autori è soggetta a cambiamenti in qualsiasi momento. Il FIRE ha altri autori e Case Editrici da annunciare. Le vendite dei biglietti sono definitive indipendentemente dalle cancellazioni. Gli autori prendono molto seriamente gli incontri con i fan e confermano solo dopo molta riflessione. Se cancellano, è dovuto a un conflitto di programmazione, una malattia o un'emergenza. Si prega di essere preparati per eventuali cancellazioni, sono inevitabili soprattutto per gli eventi all'estero.

Qual è la politica di rimborso?

TUTTE LE VENDITE SONO DEFINITIVE E NESSUN RIMBORSO INDIPENDENTEMENTE DAL MOTIVO.

Join us for this international event. Spend your day going to each author table to meet authors, get books signed, and take pictures with them. Make new book friends from around the world while meeting your favorite or new to you authors.

• All sales are final, NO refunds

• All who enter the room requires a ticket and once you leave you can't come back

• No children under 14 permitted, no infants

• Age 14-16 must be accompanied by an adult (ID will be checked)

When will the gates be opened?

Gates will be opened at 9 am. ID and Tickets will be checked and Tote Bags will be handed. At 10 am the Hall doors will be opened.

What are my transport and/or parking options at UNAHOTELS?

Parking is available on a first come, first served basis, and parking is out of charge.

Is the venue (UNAHOTELS) disabled friendly?

Yes - all areas are.

How much are tickets?

• Early Entry Tickets: €30 + VAT includes a Tote Bag with bookish goodies

• General Admission: €25 + VAT includes a Tote Bag with bookish goodies

• Adults accompanying minors (14-16 years old): €15 NO Tote Bag Included

What is included with each ticket?

EE and GA signing tickets include entrance, Tote Bag, pictures and autographs with authors. One ticket= all day access. The only difference is that Early Entry tickets give ONE additional hour to meet authors, get books signed/take photos etc.

Is there an age restriction for the event?

No one under 14 will be permitted into the event. All attendees between the age of 14 and 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Please note there will be explicit book covers and banners in the event room.

All pictures will be taken by author assistants and in front of the table to help expedite lines

Is my ticket transferrable?

Should you sell any tickets it will be your responsibility to transfer the ticket to the new owner by updating the name, age, country and email address for each attendee.

Can I update my ticket information?

Yes, log into your Eventbrite account and update your information there.

Will the author list change?

Yes. The author list is subject to change at any time, FIRE do have more authors and Publishers to be announced. Ticket sales are final regardless of cancellations. Authors take signings very serious and confirm after much thought. Should they cancel it is due to a conflict in schedule, an illness, or emergency. Please be prepared for cancellations, they are inevitable especially for overseas signings.

What is the refund policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS REGARDLESS OF REASON
